Spinach Artichoke Pizza

Another delicious recipe from Trader Joe’s Glendale! I’m seriously obsessed with the girl there who always seems to create the best recipes. I love coming home and replicating them and adding my own unique twists – this time, I switched out the cheese she used because it had animal rennet. UGH. Why do I even read the ingredients of cheese?!?!

  1. 1 Trader Joe’s par-baked organic pizza crust
  2. Trader Joe’s marinated artichokes
  3. a handful of freshly shaved Parmesan, Romano & asiago cheese
  4. a handful of lite shredded mozzarella
  5. frozen chopped spinach
  1. Take pizza crust out of freezer and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Brush pizza crust with garlic olive oil. Add spinach, artichokes, and cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is cooked completely through.
  1. I like to mix the two types of cheese because using the Parmesan / Romano / asiago blend entirely would be super fatty! But, if you’re not counting calories, feel free to use only the Parmesan / Romano / asiago blend which is super flavorful!
  2. I think TJ's has discontinued the par-baked pizza crusts but you can use any other thin pizza crust instead.
