This workout starts off with the normal warmup, which you do three times, each time picking up the speed and intensity. After the workout, you go straight into the stretching at which point Shaun’s breathing gets heavy and he says, “Is anybody as nervous as me as about what’s to come up? I have to be really honest right now.. I’m actually really nervous for this workout.” Uhhhh, GREAT MOTIVATION. Thanks, Shaun.
